New Telephone system

We are pleased to announce that we are due a new telephone system in early October.  This will enable us to restructure how, where and when calls are taken which we would expect would result in an improved service for our patients.

One important feature will be the ability to record telephone conversations.  This will provide a number of benefits including staff training, dispute resolution and some clinical emergency situations we face from time to time.   Access to call recordings will be carefully controlled and accessed strictly on by a need basis by management.

Once the system goes live, we hope you do find this provides an improved service.
