Welcome to the Old Fire Station Surgery

Please note that shared care agreements are specific to an individual General Practitioner and do not automatically transfer.
When a patient registers with a new GP, any existing shared care agreement ceases to apply. This is because the new GP was not involved in the original discussion, has not agreed to share prescribing responsibility, and may not have the same clinical experience or resources to manage the medication safely.
