Administration Staff

We have a caring and dedicated team of administrators who deal with the Reception Desk, telephone queries and many aspects of helping the Doctors and patients in communicating information to each other. Our reception team are trained to deal with a variety of queries, but please remember they are not clinical staff and are unable to answer some of the more medical queries that are sometimes asked of them. Their job is very demanding and busy so please understand they are there to help.

Whilst our receptionists will provide services and assistance where they can, they are unable to provide appointments for which there is no availability, though they will try and provide other alternatives options for you.
