The Surgery will be closed Thursday 24th September from 12 noon for staff training. If you need medical attention for a minor injury or ailment, please contact NHS 111 first to be directed to the most appropriate service. In an emergency call 999. We will reopen on Friday 25th September at 8am but please be aware the phone lines may be busier than normal. Thank you for your cooperation.
Working for Health
We are pleased to be working with Working for Health CIC who are able to support patients wishing to return to work, education or training following a period of inactivity due to mental health related/health related challenges. The focus of the program is health, mental health, disabilities, and neurodiversity.
Through the program, individuals receive tailored 1-2-1 advice, mentoring and employability support, designed to help break down their barriers. This combination of support is designed to improve people’s health, confidence, skills, circumstances and ultimately their employability, moving them closer towards a position where they are thriving in their lives.
