We're open

The Surgery will be closed Wednesday 18th March from 12 noon for staff training. If you need medical attention for a minor injury or ailment, please contact NHS 111 first to be directed to the most appropriate service. In an emergency call 999. We will reopen on Thursday 19th March at 8am but please be aware the phone lines may be busier than normal. Thank you for your cooperation.

Policy on violent and abusive patients

We aim to treat out patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similar respectful way.

We have a zero tolerance to threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients, such behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We have a responsibility to allow a safe and secure working environment for those who work in or provide services to the NHS and those using our services all have the right to do so without fear of violence or abuse.

If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be asked to stop, if they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary from our practice list.
