The Practice Manager is Richard Langthorp; key aspects of his role include Contracting, Complaints, Finance, Premises, Procurement and staffing.
The Practice aims to provide a friendly and professional service to all of our patients. Should you feel you need to make a complaint, express a compliment or make a suggestion please put your comment in writing and address it to the Practice Manager, Mr Richard Langthorp, who will respond in due course.
To raise concerns, please speak with whomever you feel most comfortable with (your GP, the Practice Manager or our helpful reception staff may be your first port of call). In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved at local level however, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised please contact our Practice Manager by telephone or if this is not possible, in writing (please also see complaints section).
